Less stiff for hard efforts and less hiking traction than their beloved sibling the ME-701, but that means even more comfort. If the Me-701's are mostly business, these are mostly party. I've happily done some very hard days in these though.
If we could build the perfect aggressive shoe for big days in the southeastern mountains, this would be it. Stiff enough for hard gravel days, supportive and protective enough for aggressive descents, and comfy enough for Pisgah hike-a-bikes..
All of us switch between these and the Saint version, and honestly it's tough to pick a winner. Me personally, I like the more significant surface area and the way plastic skips off rocks a bit better, so these are my favs.
